Welcome to Prop Lead! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our lead generation, texting, email marketing, and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing services (“Services”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
Prop Leads offers the following subscription-based services:
Subscription Model: Services are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly in advance.
Payment Method: Accepted payment methods include Credit Cards, PayPal, Payoneer, Wire Transfer
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with our Services, you may request a refund of up to 80% of your subscription fee within the same billing cycle. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, detailing the reason for dissatisfaction.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to enable effective service delivery.
Compliance: Ensure that your business activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly concerning data privacy and marketing practices.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to request or distribute content that is illegal, unethical, or harmful.
While we strive to deliver results, outcomes such as leads, campaign performance, or ROI depend on multiple factors. Prop Leads does not guarantee specific results or metrics.
Confidentiality: All client information and campaign details are kept confidential, except as required by law or with your consent.
Data Usage: Any data shared with or generated by our Services will be used solely for fulfilling service obligations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Any content, designs, or materials created by Prop Leads during the provision of Services remain the intellectual property of Prop Lead until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, except for pre-existing proprietary tools.
By Client: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the refund policy.
By Prop Leads: We reserve the right to terminate Services for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
Prop Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice to clients.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve it through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to [insert dispute resolution method, e.g., arbitration].
